As a financial tracking application, Pace Ledger allows You to input, track, and manage personal and business financial data, including income, expenses, budgets, and debts. We explicitly state that We do not sell, rent, or trade Your financial data to any third-party brokers, advertisers, or marketing agencies. Your financial data is stored securely on Our servers solely for the purpose of providing You with the core functionalities of the Service across Your devices.

In-App Purchases and Payment Processing

Our Service may offer paid products and/or subscriptions. We do not store or collect Your payment card details. Payment processing is handled entirely by third-party services, including Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play), and managed securely via RevenueCat. Their use of Your personal information is governed by their respective Privacy Policies.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior permission:

• Pictures and other information from your Device's camera and photo library (e.g., for profile pictures or receipt scanning).

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings.

Use of Your Personal Data

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service and securely sync your ledger data.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service.

Delete Your Personal Data

You have the right to delete or request that We assist in deleting the Personal Data that We have collected about You. Our Service gives You the ability to permanently delete your account and wipe all associated financial data from within the Application's Security settings. You may also contact Us directly to request the deletion of Your Personal Data.

Security of Your Personal Data

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us. Your app vault is protected by standard authentication protocols, and you may opt-in to secure your local app access via cryptographic PIN or Biometrics (FaceID/TouchID). However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16.
